when it comes to parts, support service and your liability.
We use high quality standard components in the manufacturing of our
saws, enabling you to find most parts "off the shelf" at local supply
houses. With foreign manufacturers, you need to get these parts
shipped from the manufacturer and most times this process can take
weeks.
Because we stock almost $3MM in parts for our saws, we can ship almost
every part for every saw we have ever produced next day. Ask our
overseas competitors if they can back their saws like this.
Chances are they built their saws on a "5 year then obsolete" system,
in order to produce more saws over time. We build our saws to
last over time and this philosophy differentiates us from our
competitors.
