H105HLA
Pryor, Oklahoma
So why do people buy pickup trucks?
Most of the time they aren’t hauling anything except the
driver. Once in a while
they might truck a few bags of groceries home from the supermarket.
Or maybe some lumber for a home project.
But
pickup truck owners always know that if they really have to haul the
goods, like a V-8 engine block or a load of sand or an entire peewee
baseball team, they have the equipment to perform the job.
It’s the same with owners of the HE&M Saw Model H105HLA.
This machine has long been a favorite of the people who have
the pickup truck philosophy. The
“HLA”, as it’s called, is economical enough to fit a moderate
budget but has the performance and capacity that exceeds all
competitors.
With a maximum
capacity of 20 inches horizontal and 16 inches vertical, the “HLA”
is the band saw equivalent of the “long wide” pickup.
Optimum

capability
(and performance) comes when cutting 6” mild steel, 5” stainless
or 10” aluminum. Utilizing a
1.25” blade and a 7 ˝” horsepower band motor, the H105HLA out
cuts the competition and lives up to HE&M Saw’s reputation for
accuracy and reliability.
Now
featuring the self-adjusting bar feed, which provides a full 24”
maximum stroke in a rugged, compact design package, the H105HLA is
geared for the long haul.
The
swing away console makes saw operation convenient for the operator and the Computer Controlled Feed System
allows for pre-programming up to 99 jobs.
Options on the H105HLA series
machines include everything from an automatic chip conveyor to
HE&M Saw’s innovative Cut Watcher and Blade Enhancer Systems.
The Cut Watcher automatically monitors blade performance, while
the Blade Enhancer reduces cutting times and extends the useful life
of the blade. The time
saving power tension option allows for quick and easy blade changes.
Optional with this system is the 48” stroke Computer Controlled Bar
Feed that indexes parts as long as 48” in a single stroke.
This is the ideal machine for the manager who needs a band saw
that features the horsepower, cutting capacity, and economy of the “HLA”.
