HE&M Saw has two
repair programs that could save you time and money.
The first is a complete and total rebuild of medium to large
machines bringing the saw back to its original condition. The rebuild
includes, but is not limited to, replacement of gear boxes, bearings,
new pulleys, electric motors, and bolts.
In addition, all cylinders, all hydraulic solenoids, and air
solenoids are replaced with new components.
A complete sand blast and repaint completes the job.
Safety circuitry is added or updated to current standards. A full one-year warranty is provided under this program.
Since the complete
rebuild program is more feasible and cost effective in medium to large
saws, HE&M Saw has a second, fix and repair program designed
primarily for the smaller saws. A determination is made as to what the repairs are needed, a
quote is generated, and the customer decides what repairs will be
made. A one-year warranty
is provided on all replaced parts.
The fix and repair option is also available on the medium to
large saws.
All work is done in the Pryor
Sales facility where there is qualified and trained personnel to
perform any repair or rebuild. Whichever
program the customer selects, the end product is a trouble-free saw at
a reduced price in a relatively short amount of time.
A complete rebuild requires only four to eight weeks
turn-around. While the
saw is in the HE&M Saw facility, the parts list is updated in our
computer, maintaining a record of the components in that saw.
The customer can also have the confidence and security of
knowing that a fully trained HE&M Saw technician has performed the
repair or rebuild. Call our Service Department for a quote.
