The Service Department at HE&M Saw realizes it is not the only name in band saw technology, and your business is appreciated very much.  The HE&M Saw Service Department strives to ensure that our service technician walks out your door only after you are COMPLETELY satisfied with our service visit. Excellent saw technicians are rare and often difficult to find, and our factory trained service technicians are the very best in the industry. These dedicated professionals endure life on the road living in hotels Monday through Friday away from their families to provide quality customer support for HE&M Saw products. They are determined to deliver the highest service quality and to ensure your machine is in top operational condition.

Our technical assistance hotline is not outsourced and does not read from a scripted flow chart, Jeff and Mike are actual technicians that together have over 30 years’ experience working on HEM Saws, and still do when not manning the tech line.  The tech line is not meant to help your rebuild you saw over the phone or talk you through a major repair.  We are here to help you over the phone diagnose issues with your saw to see if we can hopefully give you a quick fix over the phone and if not help set up a technician to come out and fix the issue.

Your Service Coordinator is Patsy Winfrey; she is the liaison between you and your HEM Saw technician.  Contact her by phone (918-824-6181) or email (pwinfrey@hemsaw.com) for scheduling Preventative Maintenance or repair service. Our staff consists of about a dozen factory trained technicians supporting thousands of saws throughout North America.  We will do our best to schedule your service visit as soon as possible.  The two of us juggle saw repairs, preventative maintenance and new saw installations from the service office in Pryor, Oklahoma Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.
