HE&M Saw can recondition any HE&M Saw.
Reconditioning can be done as a trade-in on a new saw or a saw can be
sent in, reconditioned, and returned to the customer.
The saws are tagged as reconditioned by the
addition of "R" and the date to the serial number for tracking
purposes.
Reconditioning consists of the following:
1. The Entire Saw is Steam
Cleaned.
2. Cylinders are completely rebuilt.
3. Tension Springs on the Blade Tensioner are
replaced.
4. Gear Box
- Gear Box is drained.
- Seals on Transmission are replaced.
- If there is wear in the gear box, the gear box
is
rebuilt.
- New Gear Oil is added.
5. All Alignments are recalibrated.
6. All Guides are replaced.
7. All Belts are replaced.
8. Repair/Replace Parts as Needed.
- ANY worn parts are rebuilt or replaced.
- For Example, the saw is checked from top to
bottom to insure that all
parts are working
correctly. If a
part needs replacing, it is replaced
or rebuilt.
9. Safety Technology is updated.
10. The saw is painted with a New, Fresh Coat of Paint.
11. All New Decals & Caution Labels are put on the
saw.
When reconditioning is complete, the band saw meets
all new saw specifications and
is given a warranty. |
