& gearbox are encased in the upper head of the saw
away from the coolant and chip area. This
engineering philosophy sets us apart from our
competitors as, as the life of these components are
significantly increased by this protection. |

HE&M
only uses the highest quality standard components such
as Baldor variable speed motors, Borg Warner
Morse gearboxes and Allen Bradley electrics. |

The
perpendicular guide arm provides solid support to the
back of the blade, resulting in less vibration and
increased blade life. It is fully adjustable to
the height of the material. |

Flat
carbide guides provide solid support to each side of the
blade, increasing the stability of the blade through the
material Guides are ground and relieved towards
the twist of the blade to make the transition into the perpendicular
position easy on the blade. |

Vises
are engineered for versatility and ease of operation,
and come standard with infinitely variable
clamping pressure. Stops are set off the front of
the vise plate, preventing the possibility of cutting
off your vises. |

Because we
mount the motor and gearbox on the top of the saw arm and
use a dead-weight counterbalance on the bottom of the arm,
our saw arm is heavier than our competitors, resulting in
less vibration and increased blade life. |

The
simplicity of the control is designed for operator
