- We add a "twist" to some of our models of
horizontal band saws, enabling you to make cuts up to 60 degrees off 90 degree cuts.
Capacities range from (12.75-14") high to (16-20") wide. With these
models you find economy of price combined with versatility and performance. |

UTILITY
SAW
SERIES
- These
Femi tabletop saws are ideal for smaller jobs. They are impressive in
their cutting and speed capabilities, saving up to 60% cutting time
compared to traditional band saws. Many of these models do not require
lubrication. These saws meet the highest standards for quality and are
inspected and tested throughout the manufacturing process. |

VERTICAL

- These are time proven designs for cutting materials
up to 45 degrees, both left and right. Capacities for these work horses range from
(10-25") wide to (10-36") high. These versatile saws also have a
"Smart Saw" option to turn your sawing area into the most advanced CNC sawing
operation, offered on the market. |

SERIES
- When you are
cutting solid materials or large diameter materials, you need the
rigidity of a true dual column band saw. Our saws range in
capacity from (14" - 80") high to (14" -80") wide. Yes, we
do make saws up to 80" x 80" capacity and they are impressively huge! |

Since their release several years ago, they have excelled in cutting structural
shapes & bundles by giving customers incredibly fast cut times, extended blade life
and amazing accuracy. Capacities range from (18-25") high to (27-50")
wide, handling all your needs. |

PLATE
SAW
SERIES
- These specialty saws are used primarily for specialty sawing
applications. If you need to strip large sections of plate or have a need for
fixturing to make a unique cut, these are perfect saws. Capacities range from
(25-31") high to (8-20') length. Saws can be configured so that either the head
or material moves through the cutting zone. |

MATERIAL HANDLING -
HE&M Saw ’s Material
Handling System is a system that offers a full range of material
handling capabilities. These systems are powerful, rugged tools handling
heavy structural material, all controlled by the operator from a
conveniently located console. This system can be utilized with various
HE&M Saw models (V120 and up, H130 Horizontal Pivot and up, all
Dual-Column saws, and all Wide Flange saws). |
