Eliminator 101 Synthetic Metalworking Fluid
Eliminator 101 is a 100% synthetic formula that is safe for all metals. It is designed to provide superior resistance to bacteria growth and leaves metals oil-free, making secondary operations like welding or painting possible with little to no cleaning and provides some protection against corrosion. It will not stain or etch metals. Concentrated formula allows for using less of the product to achieve correct dilution ratios and functions well with low-carbon metals such as structural shapes diluted up to 20 parts water to 1 part fluid.
Eliminator 201 Synthetic Metalworking Fluid
Eliminator 201 Synthetic is an oil-free formula for multi-purpose use on all metals. The undyed formula is great for use in operations that require painting or welding after cutting. It contains a biocide to provide superior resistance to microbial degradation is non-staining, has low foaming characteristics, and excellent corrosion protection. Our “Specialty Pacifier Packages” are designed to protect both ferrous and non-ferrous corrosion which includes protection from bi-metallic issues when machining various alloys.
Eliminator 102 Semi-Synthetic Metalworking Fluid
Eliminator 102 is an all-purpose Semi-Synthetic metalworking fluid and is a good general purpose cutting fluid for sawing or machining applications. It contains characteristics of both synthetic and oil-based fluids, leaving fewer residues on metal due to the synthetic base. It is safe to use on all metals and contains Extreme Pressure (EP) additives that dissipate heat like the synthetic. It will not stain and will not etch metals. It provides corrosion protection and contains biocide additives to slow down bacterial growth. If cutting or machining exotics and hard-to-machine metals such as stainless, titanium or Inconel consider trying our Eliminator 212 “Exotics Plus”.
Eliminator 202 Semi-Synthetic Metalworking Fluid
Eliminator 202 is a premium micro-emulsion semi-synthetic metalworking fluid. It provides corrosion protection and has the benefit of a cleaner synthetic with the added lubricity due to including 25% synthetic oil adding lubricity for cutting harder metals. It does not stain and has low foaming characteristics. It is a multi-purpose fluid suitable for most cutting and machining processes and is safe on any metal such as steel, brass, copper, and aluminum. It provides corrosion protection and contains biocide additives to slow down bacterial growth. If cutting or machining exotics and hard-to-machine metals such as stainless, titanium or Inconel consider trying our Eliminator 212 “Exotics Plus”.
Eliminator 103 Soluble Oil Metalworking Fluid
Eliminator 103 Water Soluble metalworking fluid and is a heavy-duty cutting fluid with extra lubricity suited for large scale cutting and tough metals. High percentage oil-based product but emulsifies easily in water and provides good corrosion protection. When mixed with water it has a milky color. Eliminator 103 provides great lubricity for applications where the tool is in the cut for a relatively long period of time. It provides great protection in bundle cutting, cutting thick walled structures, and large solid-stock sawing applications. It includes biocide additives to slow down bacterial growth and does not contain Chlorine or Sulfur. It is safe on all metals and will not stain or etch. It can also be mixed 1:1 with water and used as a rust inhibitor.
Eliminator 203 Soluble Oil Metalworking Fluid
Eliminator 203 is a heavy duty soluble oil formula with excellent corrosion protection. Contains biocides for superior resistance to bacterial growth. Provides quality finishes on machined parts and is suitable for most machining and cutting processes. It has low foaming characteristics and contains no chlorine, nitrates, phenols or dimethyl polysiloxane. When mixed with water it has a milky color. Eliminator 203 provides great lubricity for applications where the tool is in the cut for a relatively long period of time. It provides great protection in bundle cutting, cutting thick walled structure, and large solid stock sawing applications. It includes biocide additives to slow down bacterial growth and does not contain Chlorine or Sulfur. It is safe on all metals and will not stain or etch. Can be mixed 1:1 with water and used as a rust inhibitor.
Eliminator 104 Spray Mist Metalworking Fluid
Eliminator 104 is a Spray Mist product to be used in spray misting systems where flood coolant systems are not needed or are used for a secondary purpose. It is a mineral oil based spray that is safe to use on all metals and will not stain or etch. It provides corrosion protection and contains Extreme Pressure (EP) Additives that help to dissipate heat. It creates a coating on the surface during intense heat to keep the tool and metal from touching. It does not leave varnish-type residues like some other spray mist products. It is used straight and is not mixed with water.
Eliminator 204 Spray Mist
Eliminator 204 Spray Mist is designed for use in Minimum Quantity Lubrication systems where “flooding” the metal with coolant is not desired or needed. It contains no Chlorine or Sulfur. It has superior resistance to microbial degradation. The organic mineral oil base spray is safe to use on all metals and will not stain or etch and it is used pure, no dilution required, leaving corrosion protection film.
