Employee Spotlight !!! – Thomas Hebb
September 29, 2025Honoring Thomas Hebb, HE&M Marketing & Graphics Manager, with 25 years of experience at HE&M Saw
We’re excited to shine the spotlight on someone who’s been a big part of HE&M Saw for a long time — Thomas Hebb, our Marketing/Graphics Manager. Thomas has been with the company since November 6, 2000, which means he’s celebrating an amazing 25 years with us!
Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications/Advertising from Northeastern State University (NSU). Before joining HE&M Saw, he spent five years working in the newspaper business at the Pryor Daily Times, where he honed his skills in media and design. He was looking to branch out in his career and explore new creative opportunities — but he still wanted to stay local. That’s when he came across an opening for a marketing position at HE&M Saw — and the rest, as they say, is history!
What does Thomas enjoy most about working here? The people. He says, “Everyone here really cares,” and that sense of community means a lot to him. He also enjoys the creative side of his role — being able to design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials — and takes pride in representing a company that produces high-quality, American-made products.
One of the accomplishments Thomas is most proud of is his 25-year career at HE&M Saw — which is half his life! Through all the changes and challenges over the years, Thomas has always made it a point to treat everyone with respect, no matter what. That steady, respectful approach has left a lasting impression on those who’ve worked with him!
You might not know this, but Thomas used to be in gymnastics and dance — including ballet and tap. There might even be some VHS tapes out there with the evidence. One more thing that people may not know- people closest to him refer to him as Tommy!
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his grandkids, who definitely keep him busy! He’s also a big fan of dirt track racing, high school football, and working on different art projects. When he gets the chance, he still loves playing basketball — and he’s a lifelong fan of the Ninja Turtles. 🐢 (He likes turtles. #IYKYK)
