Meet Tim Oberkramer, the guy who keeps our warehouse running smoothly and can handle everything from technical support to shipments without breaking a sweat. Tim has been with us for an impressive 14 years, and over that time, he’s become the go-to person for FEMI and CARIF repairs, parts inventory, and managing sales warehouse shipments. He’s also a key player in making sure everything is in place for our tradeshows. (He even plays part- time marketing guy at these shows!)

What Tim loves most about his job is the variety. He’s never bored—whether it’s fixing something technical, managing shipments, or collaborating with the team to prepare for a big show, there’s always something new to tackle. He enjoys the change of pace throughout the week and the chance to work on different tasks every day.

Before joining us, Tim spent years in the marine and construction industries, so he’s no stranger to hands-on, get-your-hands-dirty work. That experience comes in handy every single day, whether he's solving a tricky problem or keeping things organized behind the scenes.

When asked what he’s most proud of during his time here, Tim says it’s all about learning how the mechanical world works—gaining a deeper understanding of all the different roles and how they come together. It’s the kind of knowledge that keeps him sharp and always ready for the next challenge.

Fun fact about Tim: Outside of work, he is a DIY enthusiast. Rather than spending money on home projects, he’s the type who rolls up his sleeves and builds his own furniture, welds, and dives into all sorts of home improvement tasks. He’s also known for helping his friends and family get back to the basics when it comes to fixing things around the house. He loves teaching them the "basic 101 skills" that come in handy for everyday tasks.

But above all, Tim’s family means the world to him. When he’s not working on a project, you’ll find him spending quality time with his wife, kids, and grandkids—the most important people in his life. Whether it’s sharing life lessons or simply enjoying time together in nature, Tim is all about passing on his values and knowledge to the next generation. He wants them to grow up knowing how to live life the right way, especially in this crazy world.

Tim is a zealous and hardworking guy with a ton of skills and plenty of stories to tell. We’re lucky to have him on the team and look forward to many more years of great work and laughs ahead!
