We’re excited to feature Forrest Gardner as our Employee Spotlight for July! Forrest has been an essential part of our team since 2006, when he first started in Vertical Assembly. Today, he leads with experience and dedication as our Lead Inspector.

Forrest says his favorite part about working here is the people—and it shows. He brings energy and humor to the workplace every day, helping create a positive atmosphere where coworkers feel more like friends. His daily jokes and conversations are part of what makes our team culture so strong.

Outside of work, Forrest is all about faith, family, and fun. He’s a devoted husband, proud father, and absolutely adores his grandchildren. He enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he's hunting, cheering on his son at baseball games, or hiking with his daughter when they get the chance. He’s also a huge OU Sooners fan—just ask him during football season! His love for God and strong family values keeps him grounded and full of life.

Forrest has a passion for traveling with his family, with one of their most recent trips being to the Grand Canyon. And if you're ever looking for a great place to eat, Forrest is your guy—he seems to know the best food joints no matter where you are!

Known for his hard work, quick wit, and contagious positivity, Forrest is someone you can always count on to lift spirits and bring people together. We’re lucky to have him—not just for the work he does, but for the heart and humor he brings to our team.
