Vertical Band Saws

Vertical Band Saw Configurations

Vertical Double-Miter Saws

Vertical saws are time-proven designs for cutting materials up to 45 and/or 60 degrees for both left and right angles. Vertical Style Saws are commonly used for sawing miter angles on opposing ends of the material. Differing from horizontal style saws, vertical saws cut moving forward and traversing towards the operator. Offered in both semi-automatic and fully automatic control versions, which offer programmable/savable jobs, they are used by fabricators and manufacturers around the world.

Non-Miter Vertical Saws

The Vertical Non-Mitering Saws are most frequently used for cutting wide material like blocks or billets due to their deep throat-depth. The non-mitering series includes two models, the V360 with 36” x 36” capacity and the V750 with 75” wide x 25” high capacity. Swing-away consoles use a touch screen to control the saw. Each model uses a 2” wide blade, powered by a 20 HP motor.
