Honoring Phillip Garner

For the month of May, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Phillip Garner in recognition of his outstanding commitment, hard work, and dedication to HE&M Saw. Phillip’s consistent contributions and positive attitude have made him an invaluable member of our team, and we’re thrilled to honor his many years with us!

Phillip plays a vital role in our Weld Shop Kit Area, where he’s responsible for preparing and kitting parts for the upcoming jobs. His precision and attention to detail help keep our operations running smoothly, ensuring the right parts are ready when and where they are needed. His efforts behind the scenes make a big difference every single day.

This May 28th is a very special date as it marks Phillip’s 40th anniversary with us here at HE&M Saw. After leaving his previous job, Phillip joined our team just three days later and never looked back. Phillip’s forty years with us reflect an extraordinary level of dedication, dependability, and steadfast loyalty.

When asked about his time here, Phillip says the best part of the job is the people. He’s built lasting friendships over the years and values the positive, team-oriented environment. He’s proud to have been a part of HE&M Saw’s growth and success for so many years, and his commitment has truly left a mark.

Outside of work, Phillip enjoys the outdoors, spending time with friends, and making the most of pool party season whenever he can. His enthusiasm for life and adventure is contagious, and he’s always ready to share a laugh or a good story with those around him.
